I was experiencing problems finding a good company to do my roof and Shawn McClimon was referred to me and ended my nightmare. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he guided me through the process by assisted me with the filing process. He fought for me when the insurance company declined me and he and his team carried out the repairs in a very organized manner and was done in one day. I highly recommend this roofing company. They were friendly, professional, easy to work with and, most importantly, did quality work. They helped me file my insurance claim and met with my adjuster to highlight all of the damage they found. Once they started replacing my roof, they were finished in a day. I had a great looking roof and couldn't even tell they had been there.

After a bad storm in January of this year I walked outside and noticed damage to my house. I went through 3 different contractors who made promises they didn’t keep. They even stopped answering the phone for me. The insurance company denied my claim leaving me with thousands of dollars in damages to my home. One day I noticed Regal working on one of my neighbors house and got the number off of their shirt. This was the best call I ever made. My inspector Cameron was amazing from beginning to end he is knowledgeable, patient, caring and professional. The moment he came to assess my home I felt confident and comfortable that he would help make us whole again which is exactly what he did. After 4 long months of fighting with my insurance company Cameron and his team got us approved. I could not believe he was able to do the impossible. He was resilient and never gave up on us. I just had my roof replaced by Regal/Regis Roofing due to storm damage. Wayne Parker was the inspector and was very hands on thru the whole process. From helping to initiate the claim to making sure I was satisfied with the install. Not only did Regal replace my roof but also made sure it was within code requirements. They installed drip edge, ice and water in the valleys, used synthetic underlayment instead of felt paper and even made sure the vents were painted to be complimentary to the shingle color. The install team worked very hard and was very polite and professional. Wayne made sure that if there was any issue, he would get it corrected. I had one issue and it was corrected within two days and it was just more of a decorative symmetrical issue and nothing to do with the quality of the install. My house quoted out at 53 square and it took them approximately two days. They were very through in the clean up process including continually sweeping for roofing nails. I would highly recommend Regal/Regis Roofing. Hope you get Wayne Parker to be your inspector/contact!

Tim Kramer handled my roof replacement. He told me ahead of time exactly the way the job would be done, what it would cost and that not monies would be due up front. At first, I could not believe it but figured that I would give it a shot. It came to pass exactly the way Tim said it would. The job was done in one day and the craftmanship was excellent.
Tim was professional, truthful, courteous and totally honest and dependable in all aspects of the project. You just do not find this professionalism these days. If you need a roof, please do yourself a favor and give Tim and Regal a call.

Regal did a wonderful job on re-roofing our home. Morgan, our Regal Representative, did all the leg work contacting our insurance company and followed up making sure everything about the job was taken care of.
